Consistent AI training standards across Pakistan
Pak AI CoE embeds quality assurance into every program, assessment and hub. The goal is that a learner graduating from an AI pathway in Karachi, Quetta or Peshawar demonstrates the same minimum competence at a given NVQF level.
Common curriculum and assessment blueprints
- Standardized learning outcomes and task lists for each NVQF level.
- Shared assessment instruments, rubrics and project templates.
- Guidance for institutes on how to schedule, invigilate and mark AI assessments.
Teacher and assessor preparation
- All instructors trained through the AI ToT Academy before delivering official programs.
- Assessor training focused on CBTA principles and evidence portfolios.
- Regular refresher sessions when curricula or tools are updated.
Monitoring and feedback
- Routine review of pass rates, assessment evidence and learner feedback.
- Partner and employer surveys to check on-the-job performance of graduates.
- Continuous improvement loop for updating content and delivery methods.
