From Karachi's 12-hub pilot to a 100-hub national AI skills and innovation grid.
Independent checks on AI qualifications
External verification gives employers and regulators confidence that AI qualifications issued under Pak AI CoE truly reflect the standards set by NAVTTC and NVQF. It separates teaching from final quality judgment.

- Review samples of learner work, projects and assessment records from each hub.
- Observe assessments and interview assessors and learners where needed.
- Confirm that grading decisions match the published competency standards.
Verification process
- Scheduled visits and remote reviews based on a national plan.
- Risk-based sampling so hubs with weaker performance receive more attention.
- Written reports with recommendations and required corrective actions.
Benefits to the system
- Protects the reputation of Pak AI CoE qualifications.
- Creates accountability for hubs and partner institutes.
- Provides data for NAVTTC, TEVTAs and ministries to make policy decisions.
