The 100-hub national grid is the end-state vision of Pak AI CoE: a connected set of AI centers covering all major industrial, agricultural and population regions of Pakistan.

- Specialized hubs for agriculture, climate, maritime, mining and border regions.
National infrastructure
- Distributed but interconnected HPC clusters with regional redundancy.
